Adam Erlichman is a Pastor, Consultant, and and 5 time Best-Selling Author with Build Groups, LLC. He has served on various church staffs in Executive, Life Groups, Discipleship, Young Adult, and Youth ministries. Adam's ministry focuses on Groups, Discipleship, Strategic Planning, Solving the Volunteer Crisis, Family Discipleship, and Leadership Development. He serves on the Southern Baptist Texas Convention (SBTC) Discipleship Team/Board and speaks at various conferences like the Equip Conference. He's written articles for Outreach Magazine, CrossWalk.com, Biblical Leadership.com, and the Small Group Network. In addition, Adam guest speaks on podcasts such as Everyday Theologian, The Church Talk Podcast, Youth & Culture, Youth in Motion, and Vanderbloemen. Adam became a Christian and studied at Liberty University. He is passionate to see every day Christians equipped and mobilized to make and multiply disciples.
