Terry Linhart (Ph.D., Purdue) is a researcher, speaker, and author who serves as the Associate Vice President of Bethel University’s Adult, Graduate, and Extension Studies. In addition to his academic endeavors, Dr. Linhart has significantly contributed to youth ministry and Christian leadership. His work has helped shape the approach to ministry in many churches and organizations, emphasizing the importance of cultural awareness, leadership development, and spiritual growth. Terry is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of The Arbor Research Group, a leading research agency in the United States renowned for its ability to conduct multi-level research for mission-driven organizations. He serves as an executive coach with The Selking Performance Group, a top-rate consultancy led by Dr. Amber Selking specializing in work performance enhancement and leadership development for business executives. He’s coached C-suite and national governmental leaders and has particular expertise in helping leaders with executive-level job transitions. When not traveling or exploring the outdoors, Terry can be found biking local bike paths, grilling in his backyard, and enjoying family time. Terry lives near South Bend, Indiana, with his wife Kelly, and they have three married adult children and five grandchildren.
