Don Waybright joined e3 as EVP of Partnerships in 2023. He is responsible for blending field strategy and donor development, which includes connecting national partners with key investors, sharing the e3 story, and nurturing field staff. Prior to joining e3, Don played strategic leadership roles relating to missions for 22 years. He was VP of Global Strategy at Reach the Rest, Pastor of Missions at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, and Pastor of Missions at First Baptist Church Broken Arrow. Don holds a master's degree in global leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management from John Brown University.

Track Session 3: Engage with Multiplication Training
Activate the priesthood. Multiplication cannot be done by one pastor or a team of educated ministers. It takes the entire body of Christ to accomplish the task. This track will detail on time training for the equipping of the saints for the work of the Lord.
