Dr. David Roadcup is Professor of Discipleship and Global Outreach Representative for TCM International Institute in Indianapolis, IN. He has been in ministry for over 57 years.

Besides youth ministries, senior/preaching ministries and college/seminary teaching through the years, Dr. Roadcup has authored numerous articles and blogs, three books in the field of education and has tri-authoring a series of thirteen books on the eldership of the church through his involvement with e2 Elders. He has also authored a book for Renew.org titled, Prayer and Fasting: Moving With the Spirit to Renew Our Minds, Bodies and Churches.

He is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University, Lincoln, IL (B.A. in Christian Ministries), Cincinnati Christian University, Cincinnati, Ohio (M.A. in Pastoral Counseling) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL (D. Min in Christian Ministries).

He has spoken in 37 states and 19 foreign countries.

As one of the founding members of the men's ministry Promise Keepers, he served on the Board of Directors for 11 years. In 2001, he was on the summer P.K. Men's Conference Speaking Team.

He is presently on the Boards of Directors for Christian Arabic Services and for David Vaughn Consulting.

He is also part of a three-man team who founded the e2 Elders Ministry in 2010. This group has tri-authored 11 books on Elder Ministry. Through a series of Saturday seminars, they have trained over 12,000 elders all over the nation.

He has been married to Karen for 57years. Dave and Karen have two married daughters and four grandchildren.

Travel, reading, and collecting Morgan Silver Dollars make up hobbies that Dave enjoys outside of his ministry time.

Dave's areas of ministry concentration are in the topics of: Spiritual Formation , Church Growth and Health, Relational Disciple Making, and Leadership Development.

We must carefully examine the elements Jesus used to train and prepare His disciples for effective disciple making themselves. In this workshop, we will discover together what Jesus did to grow and prepare His disciples for multiplication.
