Vicki Gatchell serves Navigators Church Ministries in the Greater Fort Wayne, IN area and nationally as a member of the NCM Lead Team. Vicki coaches pastors and church leaders in bringing disciplemaking to the heart of their culture and mission. She is a life-long student of the Scriptures who has spent 35+ years establishing, discipling, and leading others in walking with Jesus Christ. Vicki received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University and practiced Physical Therapy for 30 years. She also completed a Master's degree in Ministry Studies and Women's Leadership Studies from Grace College and Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, IN. She is a member of the Charis Women's "Ignite" national teaching team, and is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach. Vicki has written and taught many bible studies and devotionals, and previously served as director of Central Institute, a church-based adult school of practical theology. Track Session 4: Impacting the Local Community through Disciplemaking Networks
Disciplemaking churches have a vision that's too big to accomplish on their own. Disciplemaking networks are instrumental in reaching a neighborhood, a city or beyond. This session will focus on building such a network and the impact they can have.
