Culture is the unspoken expectations and patterns of behaviors that people operate under, and you can and must actively set and keep the culture of your team and church. Discipleship Culture sets out to see, develop, and invest in people. Come learn the strategies and tools to help you set a disciple making culture.

Track Session 3: Discipleship Defeats Deconstruction: The Power of Discipleship in Navigating Doubt and Trials
The weighted majority of what we believe is formed by those we are close to. When we encounter doubt, trials, and trouble, our social circles will play the most significant role in determining how our faith comes through those challenges. Discipleship proves to be the most robust support for our faith. Now more than ever, we need personal spiritual mentors. Come learn how discipleship defeats deconstruction!
