Dr. David Roadcup is Professor of Discipleship and Global Outreach Representative for TCM International Institute in Indianapolis, IN. He has been in ministry for over 55 years. Besides youth ministries, senior/preaching ministries and college/seminary teaching through the years, Dr. Roadcup has authored numerous articles, three books and has tri-authoring a series of nine books on the eldership of the church. He has also authored a book for Renew.org titled, Prayer and Fasting: Moving With the Spirit to Renew Our Minds, Bodies and Churches. He is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University, Lincoln, IL (B.A. in Christian Ministries), Cincinnati Christian University, Cincinnati, Ohio (M.A. in Pastoral Counseling) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL (D. Min in Christian Ministries). He has spoken in 37 states and 18 foreign countries. As one of the founding members of the men’s ministry - Promise Keepers - he served on the Board of Directors for 11 years. In 2001, he was on the summer P.K. Men's Conference Speaking Team. He is presently on the Board of Directors for Christian Arabic Services (C.A.S.). He is also part of a three-man team who started the e2 Elders Ministry in 2010. This group has tri-authored 11 books on Elder Ministry. Through a Saturday seminar, they have trained over 10,000 elders all over the nation and internationally.

Dave has been married to Karen for 55 years. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren. Dave works in the areas of relational discipling, church growth and health, evangelism, spiritual formation, and leadership in the church. His great passion lies in discipling believers and helping Christians grow to deeper levels in their personal walks with Jesus Christ.

The heart of leading and developing a life-changing Discipling Ministry begins with the spiritual life of the leader. As leaders, we must know Jesus personally and deeply. This workshop will discuss and explain in detail, how a leader can dramatically grow in their own spiritual journey.

We must carefully examine the elements Jesus used to train and prepare His disciples for effective disciple making themselves. In this workshop, we will discover together what Jesus did to grow and prepare His disciples for multiplication.
