Scott Harris is the Lead Pastor at Northshore Christian Church in Everett, Washington, just north of Seattle. He is involved in the Relational Discipleship Network as a Board member, a mentor to other leaders, and coaching churches in discipleship, both in the USA and internationally (Italy and the Philippines). Scott has been in ministry for 27 years and is passionate about being a disciple of Jesus and training/equipping others to be and make disciples.

Scott has been married to his wife, Sandi, for 33 years. They have two grown daughters, his oldest lives on Orcas Island in Washington State with her husband and two children, Brandon and Ellie. Their youngest daughter lives in Australia with her husband and daughter, Grace. Scott and Sandi enjoy spending time with one another and family taking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest in Washington.
