Dane Allphin serves as the Lead of Navigators Church Ministries, serving with 135 Navstaff, which equip pastors and church leaders across the country. The mission is the help The Church excel at the Great Commission. This is accomplished through Life and Leadership Coaching and through personal and church-wide disciplemaking process. Previously he was the Pastor of Adult Bible Fellowships at The Chapel, Akron, OH. He also served for nineteen years with Young Life in Ohio and West Virginia helping teenagers hear and know Christ. He grew up his early years in Mexico, where his dad worked for Union Carbide (no, he wasn't a missionary). He finished his undergrad at Miami University and his Masters of Divinity at Ashland Theological Seminary. Dane and his wife Helen have been married for twenty-eight years and have three great daughters. Running, Gardening, Home Renovation & following Cleveland sports are among Dane's passions.
