Pastor David Holmes is a graduate of Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary. He has been serving as lead Pastor of Centerville Grace Church for the past 14 years. Although he loves to talk theology, he is a practitioner at heart. David has fallen in love with Jesus-style disciple making and has dedicated his life and ministry to helping others to develop the heart, vision and skill to make disciple makers. He is currently working with Navigators Church Ministries and has developed a CORE Team to establish a lasting disciple making culture at his local church. From these efforts (and mistakes along the way) he has compiled a treasure trove of life lessons that he loves to share with those who want to start developing a disciple-making culture at their local church.SESSIONS

What makes the difference between growing a vibrant disciple-making culture in our churches and well-intentioned programs that often fizzle out? CORE team leaders that don't give up. This workshop will focus on the importance of discipline, celebration, and direction in helping the team run with endurance the race set before them (Hebrews 12:1).
