Carmelita Boyce is the Women’s Ministry Coordinator at Bay Life Church in Brandon, FL where she oversees the women’s activities and events while she leads the training and development of the leaders. She feels this ministry fulfills God’s specific call on her life. Carmelita is also a member of the National Leadership Team of The Bonhoeffer Project.

She is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary where her focus was Christian Leadership. Recently, she is an adjunct professor at Trinity College in Trinity, Florida. She finds this new experience a challenging joy.

Carmelita and Dave have been married for 29 laughter-filled years. They are proud of their two adult sons. They share a home with her sweet mother and an adorable dog named Winston. Carmelita considers herself a tea sob and enjoys time laughing with her family.
