Nancy has had a storied career as a teacher, manager, consultant and trainer. She oversaw the MBA Next Level Leadership Development Program for Lipscomb University. Her career includes service as senior vice president for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and national management consultant and trainer for YMCA of the USA. Nancy was the first woman elected as board chair for the Association of YMCA Professionals in its 130-year history. She also served as an executive coach and leadership consultant with the Human Capital Group, Inc. for 10 years. Nancy has served on the board of International Christian Ministries, ThriftSmart, the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber, and as chair of the board of Mercy Community Healthcare. She and her husband Bill reside in Franklin, Tennessee.SESSIONS
