Will's passion is to empower, equip and mobilize missionaries until there is "No Place Left" where Jesus is not yet known by all and worshiped by multitudes (Matthew 24:14; Rev. 5:9). The Smith's calling to South Asia began in 1998. In 2005, they served in Dhaka, Bangladesh reaching Muslims and in 2009, they moved to Kathmandu, Nepal to catalyze the spread of multiplying disciples and churches to every people group and place in the "Himalayan Belt." Will and Carol's greatest joy is seeing missionaries succeed! While in SA, they established numerous foreign teams who carried the vision and ongoing work of establishing local (indigenous) ownership of the core missionary task, which is continuing to happen throughout Nepal today.

In 2020, Will's calling expanded significantly as he began leading E3 Partner's global migration strategy. He is now working to discover and develop new missionaries who find their calling in the coordination of mission strategies that reach dispersed and displaced people groups with the Gospel through catalyzing movements of disciples and churches. Will currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Carol who have four grown kids and one precious granddaughter.
