Alice met the Navigators as a college student in 2002, where she learned how to have a relationship with Jesus. As God met some of her deepest longings and needs and spoke truth to lies she had believed all her life, she experienced a true freedom for the first time in her life. As she experienced this freedom simply from learning to have a relationship with Jesus through being discipled, she knew that she wanted to give her life to helping others have a relationship with Jesus so that they could experience the same freedom. She joined the Navigator staff after graduating in 2005 and later received her license as a marriage and family therapist.

Alice is currently serving with the Navigators as the program director for a leader development initiative that develops regional-level leaders internationally within the Navigators organization.

In her new book, How to Save the World: Disciple Making Made Simple, Alice invites you to enter Jesus’ plan to save the world wherever you live.

Alice and her husband RJ are currently living in Santa Ana, CA with their son Regi (or RJJR) and their Daisy dog. They enjoy rapping children’s books to various instrumental tracks, taking family walks, cooking together, and silly dancing in the kitchen as a family.
