Pastor Holland was called into the Gospel ministry on the campus of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in 1991. Over the course of four years, he preached and taught in the economically challenged areas of Tallahassee, Florida before graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration. He later obtained a Masters of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.

Sean continued to work as a bi-vocational minister from 1995-2006. During this time, he received further ministerial training at New York Bible Institute and Berea Bible College of Flint, Michigan. In 1999, he received his teaching certificate from the Evangelical Training Association and was appointed Director of Berea Bible College of Flint, Michigan. In 2000, he was ordained as an Elder in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. From 1999-2003 he held positions such as local Armor Bearers Young People's Union (A.B.Y.P.U), Youth Director, Northern Michigan State Youth Director, and International Youth Evangelist for the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

In 2003, Sean co-founded Vision Christian campus ministry at Michigan State University. As a result, hundreds of students began to gather and give their lives to Jesus Christ. A movement was birthed and an international ministry took form. In late 2004, Sean founded the Epicenter of Worship Church of Lansing, MI. In January of 2006, Sean retired from CSX to pursue a full-time career as the Senior Pastor of the Epicenter of Worship Church.

With the help of many students, Pastor Holland founded additional campus ministries: Place of Praise Campus Ministry at Western Michigan University, Followers Of Christ under Submission (FOCUS) Campus Ministry at Kettering University (Flint, MI), Vision of Christ at Lansing Community College, Legally Justified at Cooley Law School, and Vision II in Lamar, Colorado.

Today, the Epicenter of Worship Church has partnered with key missions organizations around the world. Through these partnerships, Sean has launched mission efforts to countries in Africa, South America, and Europe. Sean is currently establishing international businesses for the furtherance of the Gospel to the nations.

As Founder & Senior Pastor of the Epicenter of Worship in Lansing, Michigan, Sean has received a mandate from God to "Preach a real word for real times, to teach the truth about salvation, and to prepare God's people for Kingdom and community leadership."

Sean is married to a virtuous woman, Tayana Holland, who has been by his side for 18 years during his walk with the Lord. They are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Gabrielle, Sean II, Andrew, and Angelica Holland. He is also an accomplished saxophonist.
